North Jersey's SBO Roundtable Exchange

S.B.O.R.E. (Small  Business Owners' Roundtable Exchange) of North Jersey is a free and friendly business growth and networking group that meets monthly in Flanders, New Jersey, as well as runs special events throughout the year.   Our meetings are a forum for small business owners to share their ideas and challenges, request advice, and learn to grow their businesses through discussions, presentations, and networking.

Our mission is to bring together committed, dependable and trustworthy business owners to create solid business relationships, help one-another grow their businesses through roundtable discussions and presentations, and the exchange of warm referrals when possible.

Our meetings include:

• ​Solving Business Challenges:  Our group takes on a "roundtable" role and provides suggestions for solving our members' toughest business challenges.

• Build Key Relationships: We develop business (and friendship) relationships so we can promote each other’s businesses.

​

• Success Stories: Members share details on how and where they’ve found their latest successes.

• Generating Leads and Referrals: S.B.O.R..E. is unlike traditional networking groups in that our focus lies in strengthening our businesses through group discussions, being familiar with other’s businesses and solving problems, sharing and presentations, rather than "pure networking only".  However, you can be sure that the meetings also place emphasis on fostering relationships and while not a "requirement", leads and referrals are encouraged as ways of supporting members’ businesses.
